Lavender Parisian-inspired DAR Wedding

Lauren and Steven love Paris. Lauren used to live there, and they got engaged in Paris! So it was only fitting that they wanted to bring the enchantment of Paris to Washington DC for their guests. Lauren's favorite color is lavender, so we drew upon various lavender hues to make her wedding design romantic and classic. Some of my personal favorite touches is the custom watercolor invitation suite, which features a crest with their pup Finn and an illustration of the venue DAR's facade. They had a Palmer & Co champagne bottle (which coincidentally is their last name, Palmer!) painted with their crest. Guests were welcomed to the ceremony with champagne, and found their escort cards designed with lavender calligraphy and a gold wax seal. Guests found their assigned seats with edible calligraphy macarons! A special touch that everyone loved! Two lavender macaron towers were displayed next to their wedding cake in front of the fireplace mantle adorned with flowers.
