Meet Stephanie
Obsessed with my dogs. Addicted to coffee. Will always choose the beach vacation. In love with all shades of blue. Believer in rosé all day. Gets giddy with excitement when designing your wedding.
Here's my professional bio:
Stephanie R. Sadowski, CMP, is the founder and owner of SRS Events based in the Washington, DC metro area and has ten years experience in the DC event-sector. Stephanie grew up in northern Maryland and graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Baltimore where she coordinated events for students. After graduation, she spent more than seven years on the corporate events side in Washington DC, obtaining the highly regarded certification of Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) during that time. One day, she decided to pursue her dream of opening SRS Events! Since 2016, SRS Events has produced more than 100 weddings and has received numerous accolades, including being named a top planner by Virginia Living, having weddings featured in five magazines (no small feat!), and numerous online features, including on Style Me Pretty, Washingtonian Weddings, and Martha Stewart Weddings. In addition, Stephanie has been approached by national brands, like Bravo TV and Crate and Barrel, to plan special events for them and has been interviewed numerous times by the local evening news, CNN, and The Washington Post. Stephanie loves working with her brides and grooms to create their dream wedding day, and help alleviate the stress that comes along with wedding planning. Her couples appreciate her calm personality, quick response time, attention to details, and passion for weddings! Some of Stephanie's favorite things:
Stephanie's favorite wedding moment: Waiting with the bride before she walks down the aisle, as well as revealing the reception space to the bride and groom before guests enter! It's so fun to see their happiness at seeing all of the planning come to life!
