Spring Decatur House Wedding

We loved helping C + M plan their beautiful springtime blush and chinoiserie-chic wedding at the historical Decatur House in Washington DC! They had quite the classic DC wedding, with getting ready festivities occurring at the iconic Hay-Adams Hotel, their ceremony at St Johns Episcopal, Lafayette Square, which is known as the Church of the Presidents, and then their reception at the Decatur House, which is part of the White House Historical Association! If you're not familiar with DC, these three venues are right next to each other next to the White House! We planned for lovely soft blues, their navy monogram, touches of chinoiserie, and various shades of blush and creams throughout the florals and design. A beautiful clear-top tent with starlight lighting allowed guests to dance the night away under the stars!
