8:45 am Bridesmaids arrive at Lindsay's suite in the Conrad

Tatte breakfast order pickup at 8:15am

They will all go to groom's waiting room

photographer to capture

He will walk over from the Conrad to NMWA at 4:15pm

4:35 pm Photographer captures some photos of Bride + Bridesmaids in board room

5:00 pm Earliest guest arrival at NMWA

SRS put breaking glass back into bridal suite decor box. Move ketubah to cocktail hour after.

Will stand by the newlyweds at the head table

7:27 pm Dinner Service begins with Salads

7:47 pm Salads are cleared, dinner service begins

Second Course

After newlyweds eat, they can begin mingling around the tables. Lindsay to bustle her dress with Kim

before 8:30pm.Bonnie will take a photo of J&L and their cousins and w/ Jacob's 2 aunts during the reception.

8:25 pm A toast from the Father of the Groom, Adam Ruttenberg (will occur at the end of

dinner)

He will invite everyone downstairs for dancing after his toast. Lindsay & Jacob, wedding party, parents

should also immediately lead the way for guests to follow.

8:30 pm Father/Daughter Dance
